Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang, South Sumatra?. This type of research uses an associative type. The number of samples is 48 employees who work at PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires and through the documentation of PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang. Based on the results of the analysis of the results of research hypotension testing at the 95% confidence level, it shows that there is an influence of Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang significantly the Multiple Linear Regression equation Y = 0.840 + 0.286Xi + 0.487X2 from the results of the simultaneous hypotension test there is an effect of fhnumi value 19.051 > fmixi 3, 20 and Partially the Effect of Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang. The value obtained from the partial test X i thuung 2.654 > tiabci 2.041 has a positive effect on Y, and for X:th,tung 3.071 > t,abci 2.041 has a positive effect on Y.
