The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cultural values on the noble character of students and to show the magnitude of the effect to be used as an educational guideline. This research uses a quantitative approach with the ex post facto method. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling to 16 students from Kindergarten II midwifery at the New Dolok Sanggul Health Institute. The research instruments used were the Noble Character Scale and the Self-Concept Scale.
